This is how the Coffee Book Club works. If you are a Book Club then you sign up and make it a Coffee Book Club.  When you do a book club event we will send you a free ½ lb. bag of gourmet coffee from our catalog of coffee, the selection is your choice and we have hundreds of selections. We also have a online catalog of books for your book club to read and discuss. If your book club has 10 or more orders of a particular book then we will send a free ½ lb. bag of gourmet coffee. If you order less than 10 copies of a book then we will send you a free 3 oz. Frak Pack of Gourmet Coffee (Frak Pack will be brew two pots of coffee). 

When ordering books you can make one big order for your books or let members order their books individually (if members order individually then they need to let know in the special comments box what book club you are apart of). The best part about ordering books is you get the book club price, 35% off the retail price and even more of discount than what the books normally sell for. This discount if for books that are purchased from the Coffee Book Club through the bookstore associated with the Coffee Book Club, Starving Writers Books –  www.starvingwritersbooks.com. The bookstore is also the official book dealer of Truesource Publishing.  All you have to do when ordering books is go to the book page on the website and click on the book that you want to order, it will take you to the Starving Writers Books Book Club section where you can purchase the book at the book club price (price is 35% off the retail price). In addition you can also get a discount on gourmet coffee from our bookstore by using the promo code in the discount coupon box on the payment page “BOOKCLUB” and you will get a discount of 35% off the retail price from our selection of gourmet coffee. You will never be limited to the featured coffee of the month – go ahead and try all the gourmet coffees we sell at the book club price. 

Another great aspect of the Coffee Book Club is you can invite the author of the book you are reading to stop by and do a book signing as well as discussion about the book they wrote. While the author may not be able to attend every book club event where their book is being featured the authors whose books are being featured would love the opportunity to be a guest at your book club event. When registering your event with the Coffee Book Club then you can send an invite to the author for your event.

       If you’re a book club and it doesn’t matter what kind of book club you are then you can sign up and become a Coffee Book Club. No matter where your location is in the world you can have a Coffee Book Club. If you already have a book club that’s fine you can still register you book club as a Coffee Book Club. If you would like to start a book club then you can form one and register your new book club with us and make it a Coffee Book Club. The Coffee Book Club is an organization that sponsors book clubs for authors and their books while promoting gourmet coffee and giving you a great refreshment during your book club events. We also sponsor author book signings and discussions about their book with the member of the book club.

         If you’re a bookstore that sells either new or used book stores and would like to host a Coffee Book Club then we can help you with that. There are two ways of doing it. First you can let readers purchase the books from us and you only provide a location for the book club or the you can sign up with the Starving Writers Books Catalog and buy titles at wholesale and sell the books to readers that are apart of the book club. If you buy titles from Truesource Publishing through the catalog then you will get a 45% - 53% discount on books and if you buy from our catalog using your Ingram Account then you will get a 35% discount on titles that are not from our publisher. When you order books we will send your store Free Gourmet Coffee for the event.  As a bookstore you can create a local book club and sign up to be a Coffee Book Club or you can have an existing book club become a Coffee Book Club and get great books from the Truesource Publishing list to read for your book club at your bookstore.

If you are an author then you can have your book featured with the Coffee Book Club. While all the titles with Truesource Publishing are featured with the Coffee Book Club we do feature titles from other publishing firms. However we do have some requirements because we will also be selling the books through the bookstore that we are associated with the and where books for the book clubs are bought from, Starving Writers Books – www.starvingwritersbooks.com.

• All titles have to be made available through Ingram Books.

• No Self Published Titles (books published through firms like Publish America, IUniverse, Create Space, and Lu Lu Publishing)

• We can buy the books at wholesale either through the publisher or Ingram Books

• The Discount that we get the book for has to be at least 40%-55% off the retail price.

• The Book has to be returnable to the publisher

If you are an author and your book does not meet all of these requirements then we cannot feature your book with the Coffee Book Club. If you are an author and would like to feature your book through the Coffee Book Club then fill out the author form on our website and tell us about your book.
